Humidity Testing

 

High humidity and temperature can cause blistering and loss of adhesion in protective coatings. Electronic products can suffer from corrosion, fungus attack or dielectric breakdown in humid environments.

Our humidity testing chambers are capable of spanning the humidity range of 20% to 100% RH with temperature control. Most humidity chambers can be programmed to cycle between humidity and temperature set points.

Drive-In

Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C and up to 95% RH
Ramp Rate: 3°C per minute max
Largest Inside Dimensions: 7.47m L x 3.04m W x 2.36m H
Largest Door Opening: 2.44m W x 2.09m H

Reach-In

Temperature Range: -70°C to +120°C and up to 95% RH
Ramp Rate: 5°C per minute max

Largest Door Opening: 1.00m W x 0.97m H

Water Fog

Temperature Range: 5°C above ambient to +60°C
Largest Inside Dimensions: 1.15m L x 0.76m W x 0.64m H
Door Opening: 1.15m L x 0.76m W
