Temperature and Humidity Testing

 

 

Climatic testing lets us simulate the 80°C environment inside of a vehicle sitting in the baking sun with the windows rolled up. Plastic materials can distort, electronics are baked and leather dries and cracks.

 

Our temperature and humidity testing chambers are capable of spanning a wide range of temperatures and sizes, from small chambers that can accommodate individual components to drive-in chambers that can accommodate an entire vehicle.

 

Drive-In Chamber

Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C and up to 95% RH
Ramp Rate: 3°C per minute max

Reach-In Chamber

Temperature Range: -70°C to +120°C and up to 95% RH

AGREE Chamber

Temperature Range: -70°C to +120°C and up to 95% RH

Oven

Temperature Range: 25°C above ambient to +200°C
Largest Inside Dimensions: 0.46m L x 0.74m W x 0.56m H
